Applying

Follow all the steps

The Housing Application process requires several steps including making payments and completing the online application form. Incoming students must pay the $250 Enrollment Deposit before they can apply for housing.

Reserving Space

Applications submitted without the required payments will not have a secure housing reservation.

You will need your CCS ID Number

You will need your CCS ID Number. When completing the housing application, you will be required to enter your seven-digit CCS ID number (Zero followed by the six-digit ID number). New students will find it on the “Next Steps” section of their Student Portal.

Step 1: Make Your Payments to CCS

Incoming Students: $250 Enrollment Deposit (non-refundable)

Use your login IDs and password (found on your admission decision letters and in the Student Portal on the Next Steps tab.)

International students can also submit the enrollment deposit in their home currency by bank/credit card or bank transfer via FlyWire.

Step 2: Complete the Housing Application

CCS housing uses the StarRez Housing Application portal to apply for housing. After you deposit, you will be invited to apply for housing.

*CCS cannot guarantee housing for all applicants. If CCS is unable to assign you housing, your housing payment and deposit will be refunded. Complete housing policy details can be obtained from the Student Affairs Office and will be provided to you at the time you are asked to sign a housing contract.
