Jobs & Internship Resources
The Office of Partnerships serves as a student’s partner throughout their time at CCS.
From day one, students will have access to a career coach, the opportunity to be included on our unique portfolio site where companies can review portfolios and they will have a four-year plan to follow to ensure they are prepared for life after graduation.
Our career coaches are assigned based on major and stick with our students throughout their college journey. Career coaches support students with:

Jobs & Internships
CCS is dedicated to preparing students for interviews and job opportunities.
The CCS Internship Program allows qualified students to earn academic credit while gaining first-hand experience in their chosen fields. Internships are available to BFA students with a junior or senior ranking and MFA students who completed one year of course work– although it is never too early to begin researching opportunities.
Internship Requirements: BFA students must be of a junior or senior status, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8. Transfer students must have attended a minimum of one semester at CCS, in addition to meeting all other criteria. MFA students must complete one year of course work with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Students applying for an internship must have their portfolios reviewed and approved by a full-time faculty member in their department before applying.
CCS Custom Portfolio Site
Students and alumni are able to post their portfolios on the College’s portfolio site. Thousands of employers visit the site each month looking for creative talent for both jobs and internships.
Handshake
CCS’s virtual career platform allows students to search job postings and internships, and upload their resumes and sample work for employers to review. All CCS students receive a Handshake profile on their first day at CCS.
