Professional Experience
Myrtle A. Brooks is a full-time Business faculty member with the CCS Liberal Arts Department, and a previous lecturer at the University of Michigan Dearborn School of Business. She has an MBA and Master of Science in Business with a certification in Quality Systems and Operations Management from Madonna University. Myrtle studied Engineering at the University of Michigan Dearborn and MIT with a certificate in Design of Manufacturing Systems. She has more than 30 years of global automotive experience with executive roles in engineering, manufacturing operations, human resources, employee development and training with some of the largest automotive corporations in the United States and Japan. As a certified corporate quality consultant, she instructed over one thousand courses in the United States, Canada, England, Japan, Mexico and Portugal. Her clients include: Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler, Trico Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Jaguar and Motorola.
