CCS is proud to announce that the 2026 Re/View: Alumni Exhibition will be juried by Joshua Wojick ’02, Crafts – Glass, Senior Director of Collections and Greenfield Village Operations at The Henry Ford. The exhibition opens on May 15, 2026, in the Valade Family Gallery.

With an MFA in Color & Material Design, Raja approaches her work as a global design strategist through a storytelling lens, helping curate artwork that reflects Ford’s brand, history, and future across the new campus.

Inspired by early hands-on art classes, Madvin went on to found Axiom Glass, building an internationally recognized practice rooted in craftsmanship, experimentation, and a love of glass as both art and architecture.

What began as a CCS class assignment has grown into a global nonprofit. Drawing from her own experience with homelessness, Veronika Scott ’11 built the Empowerment Plan to provide both warmth and pathways out of poverty.

The College for Creative Studies is delighted to announce the addition of Alicia Poley, ’13 Graphic Design and Katherine Savelle, ’25 Photography to the Alumni Council. Their appointment further strengthens the connection between the College and its extensive alumni community.

CCS alumna Elizabeth Salonen is making waves at NeoCon 2025, partnering with Bernhardt Design to create a captivating experience in their showroom, Space 320 at The Mart. Salonen, a distinguished multidisciplinary artist-designer, has unveiled “Meditations on Canvas,” a series of seven meticulously hand-stitched large-scale works that truly embody her unique Finnish design ethos: functional beauty intertwined with a deep connection to materiality.
