Enterprise UX design-. Enterprise tools (often given less recognition than the consumer-facing products in which they power) are essential to sustaining and generating profits for businesses. By providing employees with tools that cater to their needs, they can become more efficient and effective. User Experience design is an ever-growing field that is gaining increasing recognition among the full spectrum of all tech professionals. While many associate UX design with mobile applications, websites, and virtual and augmented reality, it encompasses much more than that.
Professional Experience
Frances Sun is a UX/UI designer with almost 15 years of experience in UI/UX at some of the world’s biggest and most respected names in technology and entertainment: Lenovo, Dell, and Disney. In her current role at The Walt Disney Company, she leads the Ad Platforms team, where she oversees UX for the flagship sales product used across Disney’s linear channels like ABC and ESPN.
Frances began her teaching career in 2020 at Austin Community College, where she taught UX/UI design, visual design, and portfolio design. She is excited to return to CCS, bringing her real-world experience to the classroom and looks forward to helping her students launch fulfilling careers.
