Professional Experience

Chad Reichert is proprietor of spirit3design, a design studio focused on creative problem-solving, storytelling, and design thinking. His work spans branding, motion, and design thinking. His work has been recognized by AIGA, ACD, CASE, and STA, amongst others.

Chad has lectured nationally and internationally on typography, motion design, and design education, and serves as department lead for the motion design program, shaping curriculum, mentoring faculty, and advancing the program’s vision.

He is also co-founder of spirit3foundation, a charitable purpose organization dedicated to strengthening food production, access, and distribution in financially insecure communities.

Previously, Chad served as President of AIGA Detroit, where he championed Michigan’s graphic design legacy and helped elevate its visibility both regionally and nationally.
