My artistic practice revolves around fabrication- of both physical objects and intangible ideas. The formation of widespread cultural norms fascinates me. My sculptures emphasize that dominant, widespread beliefs are fabricated cultural constructs. I play off that metaphorically. I fabricate and construct sculptures that hearken back to accepted beliefs and dominant thought- sculptures that are kinetic or visually hypnotic.
