Dr. Alexandra A. Vago is a business strategy consultant, consumer insights researcher (UX/CX), and musician (viola/violin). She is an experienced qualitative researcher, facilitator, leader, and presenter to diverse audiences and holds a Ph.D. in Ethnography/Music and an MBA. Her curiosity about how and why people interact with various products, brands, environments, and services has led her to specialize in human behavior and experience research. Her research approach incorporates applied ethnographic field techniques to identify problems and implement strategies to solve them. She embraces a design-thinking mindset that fuses creativity and shared experiences with iterative efficiency when transforming challenges into opportunities.
Professional Experience
Dr. Vago has been an adjunct faculty member at Cuyahoga Community College, Hiram College, Mount Union University, and Kent State University Stark Campus. Over the past decade, she has managed diverse cross-functional teams in various UX projects across several industries, e.g., professional services, higher education, manufacturing, automotive, and hospitality.
