Tuition & Fees
Estimating your Cost
CCS offers millions in financial assistance to help reduce the actual cost of tuition – on average by 50%. It’s important to determine your actual cost vs. making a decision based on the sticker price alone.
Once you are admitted and we have your FAFSA submission, our Financial Aid Office will provide you with the details of your CCS Merit, CCS Need-based and any CCS additional awards offered in addition to the Federal and State grants and aid you are eligible for. This detail will ensure you get a clear understanding of your specific cost to attend CCS. Included in that information is a helpful budgeting worksheet to help you with your calculations.

Net Cost—What you actually pay
The net cost is the amount a student actually pays after subtracting grants, scholarships, and other financial aid. Based on the average total scholarships and grants awarded for Fall 2025, students paid $21,428 in tuition on average.
CCS offers merit-based scholarships and need-based tuition grants, which can lower your total cost.
External scholarships and federal/state aid (like Pell Grants and the Michigan Achievement Scholarship) also reduce costs.
Work-study programs and payment plans can help you manage your college expenses.
