Meredith has extensive workplace design experience with a range of client and project types. Her background includes Interior Design for Gensler and Associates a prominent A&D firm in the Michigan office. In both positions, Meredith developed strong expertise in the areas of workplace strategy, design development and change management while maintaining and development strong business relationships.
Meredith has also owned her own design firm that focused on the translation of the client’s vision into applied design. Her role was to help clients understand the linkages between design and business performance, and to explore how new ways of working, impact cultural and organizational change, wellness and overall satisfaction and comfort. This has been achieved through developing deep insight into her clients’ vision, goals and project objectives, leading to the solution most responsive to their strategic needs.
Professional Experience
Meredith’s current role is Business Development Executive for Haworth. Included in her tasks are education and training of A&D firms that specialize in commercial, residential and institutional design, where creative furniture solutions are needed. Meredith specializes in creative problems solving, customer service and sustainable applications that support her A+D partners objectives. She is also an active participant in Haworth’s Workplace Knowledge Studio and serves as a liaison to the field, educating on new trends, research and drivers for the 21st century architectural interiors. Furthermore, Meredith is instrumental in new business development and executing a long-term sales strategy for commercial interiors in the Michigan Market
