Professional Experience

Alex has more than 10 years of experience working with communities and organizations on campaigns that have impact. As a data nerd and anthropologist, Alex loves sifting through spreadsheets and sitting down for interviews to tell meaningful stories with information. By combining human experiences with data and analytics, Alex is able to elevate the reach for all types of businesses and organizations. His projects and research focus on the need for greater community involvement at all levels, understanding the limitations of data, and specifically highlights the intersections of power, privilege, and race in regards to societal disparities, access to basic needs, and digital inequities.

Alex’s projects and research have been featured in the Journal of Urban Health, CityLab, Public Health Nutrition, Curbed, Eater, and Michigan Radio as well as exhibited at the Chicago Design Museum, Queens Museum, and the Ontario College of Art and Design.
