Raquel Diroff (She/Her)

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing the overall human resource operations of the college to ensure legal compliance and implementation of our organization’s mission. This includes supervision of the human resources staff and programs for employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, staffing, and development as well as working closely with the payroll department. Additionally, this position acts as a resource and consultant for management and others in the administration of college policy and practice.
