Join us for an Illustration alumni meetup hosted by the Illustration Department & Alumni Relations, where we’ll explore modern industry practices, address current concerns, and investigate future trends. Whether you’re attending for the entire day or just dropping in, we welcome your participation.

Event Details:

• Start Time: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. figure drawing session held in W309. Both traditional and digital tools are welcome.
• Lunch & Social: Following the session, enjoy a 1-hour lunch break and social event—a perfect time to reconnect with your peers.
• Afternoon Programming: Beginning at 2:00 PM in W313A, CCS Associate Professor Francis Vallejo will lead a series of discussions and presentations focused on the illustration marketplace in 2025. Topics will include branding and promotion, client relationships, new revenue streams, new technology, full-time versus freelance work, hiring practices, and more.
